Borrow My Stuff

Borrow Stuff, Lend Stuff, Make Money From Your Unused Stuff!!! Its simple and FREE

borrowmystuff.co.uk Website Design

It started off with a basic page being set up (really just for the sake of there being a bit of information on there) anyway now the plans have been done and the web designer is ready to go ahead the website will be a lot more comprehensive and will create a great starting point for any ongoing development.

The options of searching by region and by item will soon be in place, showing the distance of the item from your desired location. All items will be listed in the persons ‘Lending Shed’ where you will clearly see each item you have to lend out to whoever wishes to borrow from you. The ‘lending shed’ is highly appropriate due to the fact that EVERYBODY tends to keep ‘STUFF’ in the kind of place like a ‘shed’ for instance.

We all have stuff laying around the house/garage/shed etc that we probably even forgot we owned! borrowmystuff.co.uk allows you to take all of these items of ‘stuff’ and list them in your lending shed where people can ask to borrow, you state your ‘lending terms’ which are agreed by the person borrowing, the deal is in place and the lending can begin, your ‘lending terms’ may include a charge for borrowing so you can make money out of your ‘stuff’ list as many items as you can! you never know what people may want to borrow from others!!!

Borrowing things / stuff off People, Friends, Groups, Charities, Neighbours

There are loads of reasons why its good to borrow things from others, heres just a few:
-Make Money from lending your stuff
-Try before you buy
-Make Money without sacrificing your stuff
-One off use, no point in buying the item i.e ladder
-Borrowing is cheaper than buying
- Saves storage space at home
- Helps to recycle things
- It saves you money

Why not borrow/lend:
1-you might not get your item back
2-your item may get damaged in the process
3-you may need the item all the time so wouldnt be able to lend it out
4-you dont trust anyone

borrowmystuff.co.uk offer solutions to the above problems:
1-you agree to the lending terms on an agreement first you can also request a deposit at this stage for the item too
2-you can include a deposit in the agreement, so at worst if damage does occur then you have got it covered
3-if this is the case then this item is not the item to be lending out, so chose another one! you must have other stuff!
4-the agreement combines its own level of trust, feedback scores allow you to see the profile of the person you are lending to, again this is all backed up by the deposit that you have agreed at the start too!

Borrowing Things, I Want to Borrow, I Need!!!

My girlfriend went to see some old university friends this weekend and one of them spoke about setting up her own company, the company was basically an outdoor adventures company that would help people set up days out, kayaking, mountain biking, etc. My girlfriend told them about borrowmystuff.co.uk and her friends loved the idea! it was only last week that they really needed a ladder to change the light bulb which was above the staircase. They didnt want to go out and buy a ladder for this one-off job so would have loved to have been able to borrow a ladder from somebody local to them!

As soon as borrowmystuff.co.uk is fully functioning they can borrow a ladder from someone local next time that light bulb needs changing!
